[c-nsp] IPSEC/GRE dynamic peers.

Hi Guys,

We're designing the remote access for about 60 branchs, the initial design
is use IPSEC/GRE over Internet, However the DSL provider is provide us
Dynamic Public IP Addrees. So far, we're implemented IPSEC peers with Static
Public IP. Are there anyway to create IPSEC tunnels with peers that use
Dynamic IPs?. if you can provide me some examples will be appreciate. (The
design is site-to-site, we're using 851 in remote branch and the HDQ the
router is not defined yet, maybe a 2801)
