[c-nsp] NAT on 6500 running HYBRID

I'd pretty highly discourage people from trying NAT on a 65xx/76xx.

If you have to punt packets for embedded payload translation you
will quickly overrun the CPU.

Please look at a FWSM or other PIX type box to offload the NAT on.
