You're talking  huge hammer.  OpenVPN uses SSL as it's underlying 
encryption method (over udp/1194) which is drastically different than 
what Cisco's offering.

openvpn.net has a good how-to doc on server config.  I have a predefined 
set of files I send out as a zip file for users to use.
