[c-nsp] Inserting 6704 card in 6500 causes reboot?

We inserted (very carefully) a 10gig line card into one of our
6500/Sup720 units today. After inserting the card, the router rebooted.
There's nothing in the logs to suggest errors of any kind, the only
noticeable thing is that BGP sessions on a separate 6748 card flapped
before the reboot.

We are running 12.2(18)SXF5.

Has anyone seen something similar before? The most confusing thing is
that we've hot-plugged lots of cards in this unit and other 6500s before
without a problem.
