[c-nsp] OT: Longest Up Time

sadly, being predominantly UK based, finding a colo who will provide you consistent power for 9 weeks, nevermind 9 years is proving a problem. 

if that werent true i would have a couple boxes with uptimes since i setup the company 4yrs 4mo ago.. they were never rebooted or crashed..
