[c-nsp] Small customer premise switch?

Hello,

Setup:

 

Me - [CISCO 3560] ----------- dot1q Trunk -------------- [ Unknown ] Port
for VLAN 20 and  port for 25

 

I need a small, quiet device that can handle 1x trunk port and 2x access
ports. 

I have an old 2900XL (2U model), but that is way too noisy for where this
switch has to be located (cubical in the center of an office). A 2940 is
quiet enough, but for such a small task it is a pretty costly switch. I
tried an old CISCO 870 SOHO router w/4-port switch. yea, that didn't do
well.

 

 

I am not looking for only CISCO devices, but I know how to configure CISCO
so I would rather use them.
