This is a bad sign - it means the ID code stored in the EEPROM on the
card is "0xffffffff" - empty (unreadable) EEPROM, so the 7200 doesn't
know what sort of card it is, and can't use it.
If that PA-GE has been newly bought, I'd send it back as DOA.
