[c-nsp] Small customer premise switch?

I don't think you can get a multi-port dot1q vlan capable switch
cheaper than this:

I have one on my desk that I use to test out multiple PC's and pieces
of networking gear.  Does vlans and is totally quiet.  Works fine for
a low-cost desktop switch.

I think we paid around $80-100 for it.
