[c-nsp] Removing an OSPF after renumbering an interface

I'm getting "OSPF: Neighbor address does not map to an interface"
messages when I try to remove neighbor clauses for an interface that
has changed IP address. Besides doing things in the reverse order,
what can be done to remove such a neighbor ?
