I can confirm that on our 7613 Supervisor IOS (tm) s72033_rp Software
(s72033_rp-ADVENTERPRISEK9_WAN-M), Version 12.2(18)SXF6, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1) it does not work like what you are seeing.

This type of route-map for the BGP does work on the MWAN card in the
7613 Cisco IOS Software, MWAM Software (MWAM-G8IS-M), Experimental
Version 12.4.

I tried it on the 3550 Cisco IOS Software, C3550 Software
(C3550-IPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(25)SEE2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) and
though it accepts the "continue" statement it also does not work.
