   I've read that three times and the best literal translation I can
come up with is:

  "Stop strudying for CCIP despite the fact you have one exam left, Mr.
Rauhauser, and see about getting familiar with Juniper".

  I wish Juniper built something tiny and cheap for those of us who
must get hands on before being comfortable with a system ..

They do, is the J-series which is the same exact Junos that runs on the big
routers, limitation is on the hardware (packet processing). BTW ipv6 is not
licensed it comes with a default install of Junos. The only things they
charge more for, is the additional hardware modules on the big routers to do
NAT, IPsec, and stateful firewalling. Which is software based in the
J-series hence comes with it.
