Would this be an issue with only default routes, and per session load
balancing?

You really don't want to do ebgp multipath to two different isps;
it'll play havoc with your tcp timers and will likely cause out of
order packet arrival. Even two different routers at the same ISP are
a step away from goodness (but perhaps an acceptable one).
