[c-nsp] Problem with GLBP

I have installed GLBP in two Cisco 7500 routers with IOS Version
12.3(16a)
it has been working OK, but suddenly I begun to have too many
intermittences
in the network, the log messages reported the next:

 

Dec 19 18:50:03: %GLBP-4-DUPADDR: Duplicate address 200.93.195.3 on
Port-channel3.1, sourced by 0007.b400.0102

 

After to disconnect one of the routers (Active GLBP) and reconnect it
again
returned the stability.

Without seeing the configuration this is just a guess, but it looks like
you've misconfigured GLBP by applying the same address to the interfaces
on both routers instead of the 'glbp <group> ip'.
