Honestly, if you got it new, and looking at your power consumption, I'd
see if you can return them for the 2700-watt power supplies.  We've been
running them on a few 7606's here with no problems at all.  I've heard a
few things in the past with the smaller 1900 and 1300 watt power
supplies not being all they're cracked up to be.
