[c-nsp] load-interval command on 75xx?

  We manage some 7507s running 12.0.32S1 and the customer wants to see a 
smaller load interval. This version of IOS does not have the 
load-interval global command. Can anyone suggest which version might do 
this? Or is there another method to achieve this result?
