[c-nsp] CSCea64506 revival? IS-IS multitopo IPv6 error message

length 172 > remainingbytes (11), ID 0000.0000.0201.00-00, seq 358, ht
65533 from *Tunnel* (Tunnel201)

As seen on a 3640 using c3640-jk9o3s-mz.124-10.bin on a multitopo
IPv6-enabled IS-IS adjacency. Smells like CSCea64506 but this one should
be fixed since ages.

Perhaps a bug in the same area?

Opposite end is JunOS 7.5-20060511.0
