  ip unnumbered Loopback0
  ip accounting output-packets
  peer default ip address pool adsl1
  ppp authentication pap chap radius-ppp
  ppp authorization radius-ppp
  ppp multilink

You should just have to add ppp multilink to your template and make sure 
your radius isn't disallowing it.
