There are a variety of PIX password crackers out there, but I believe they 
are just brute-force tools.  A Google search should turn up something 
that works on your OS of choice.  I don't think those passwords are 
encrypted using a cleanly reversible algorithm - that would defeat the 
purpose of the encryption in the first place :)
