[c-nsp] 6509: Module not responding to Keep Alive polling

Hey Everyone - 

I started having a problem with a FE module on one of my 6509s..this is
the log message:

27w4d: %OIR-SP-3-PWRCYCLE: Card in module 9, is being power-cycled off (Module not responding to Keep Alive polling)
27w4d: %STANDBY-6-STATECHANGE: FastEthernet9/48 Group 26 state Active -> Init
27w4d: %C6KPWR-SP-4-DISABLED: power to module in slot 9 set off (Module not responding to Keep Alive polling)
27w4d: %DIAG-SP-6-RUN_MINIMUM: Module 9: Running Minimum Diagnostics...
27w4d: %MLS_RATE-4-DISABLING: The Layer2 Rate Limiters have been disabled.
27w4d: %DIAG-SP-6-DIAG_OK: Module 9: Passed Online Diagnostics
27w4d: %OIR-SP-6-INSCARD: Card inserted in slot 9, interfaces are now online


Anyone have any idea what could cause this or how to troubleshoot it
further..?


I am running the SUP720-3BXL engines with 512MB RAM on IOS 12.2(18)SXD3.
All diags show clean...
