[c-nsp] How to read such output?

Hello Sebastian,

Paste this output into the Output Interpreter 
(https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl) 
together with the version info, it will decode the tracebacks, and 
provide a few links based on the results of that.

This specific kind of message is always caused by a bug.
