[c-nsp] Stable 7513 Code for multihoming full tables

Hey All,

Long time reader, first time poster. Can anyone recommend an extremely
stable code rev for a pair of 7513s with RSP16s that will be multihoming
with full bgp tables? I saw in the past that many were pleased with 12.0(28s)
but that code does not seem to support the RSP16s. It seems the earliest
code that supports those is 12.2S. Anyone multihoming with RSP16s?
