[c-nsp] 2950 switch connecting to a 3640 router problem

It is a 2950c-24  it has 2 100mb mt-rj ports.

As far as I remember, the 2950S-24 is the only 2950 with a MT-RJ port,
and that's a *Gbit* port, not a 100FX.
