I have 12.2(18)SXD6 running on a number of 6509/Sup720-3BXLs and it's 
stable.  These boxes are generally running HSRP, OSPF, Netflow and MPLS. 
One or two are also running BGP to talk to external networks.

No IPv6 at this point :-)
