[c-nsp] BGP peer reconfiguration error

Hi ALL,

When I try to delete a BGP peer and then to configure a new peer with same
IP address but a different AS number I'm getting following message:
% BGP: Peer is being deleted. Try it later

The only way to configure this neighbour is by deleting whole BGP process :)
12012/PRP 12.0(28)S5

Looks like a bug to me...

Any suggestion?
