On our 7500 with 12.0S, the VIP2-50s with 128 Mb have 59 Mb "free".  The
"CEF LC IPC Background" process holds 45 Mb, *Init* holds 20 Mb.

So even with the much larger IOS footprint in 12.2S, 128 Mb VIP memory
should be plenty.
