[c-nsp] Cisco IOS as traffic generator ?

try the "ttcp" command on IOS, its a port of a Unix tool

You can find documentation on it in the Unix manpages (I don't believe 
it comes as standard with many distributions, you may need to install
it from ports/packages just to get its manpages)
