Short answer. The official CCO site will not
be browser specific and there has never been any intention for
it to be. There was a portion of a usability test that was
browser specific apparently and it's goal was just to get some
usability stuff and not affect the use of the site itself.

That was a mistake and the offending link has been removed I'm told.

Thanks for the feedback. As for other usability issues please fill
out the feedback forms on the web. While there may not be a response
for every one of them folks are looking at them.
