[c-nsp] Catalyst Switch Upgrades

No problem. It does bring up a good point, though. If you are currently
using ISL trunks to your 2924 switches, you'll need to plan on
converting to 802.1Q trunks if you upgrade to a switch that doesn't
support ISL.
