[c-nsp] Monitoring GUI for Cisco network

I use cacti too. But only for usage graphing as its not a NMS in any
sense of the word... Er.. Phrase.  www.opennms.org is a good NMS for
alerting and monitoring of services.  Cacti is great for usage
reporting.
