[c-nsp] 3560 problem / strange !

i think the problem is revealed;
on SVI vlan25 a have the line:
"ip multicast boundary 55"

sw#sh ip access-lists 55
Standard IP access list 55
    10 permit 239.255.1.2

some how, WS-C3560G-24TS-S consider prefix 208.0.0.0/4 as multicast ip
adresses.

1. if there is no line like "ip multicast boundary 55" on SVI vlan 25,
everything works just fine.
2. if i add on acl 55 line "permit 208.0.0.0 15.255.255.255" everything works
just fine too (STRANGE isn't it ?!)

in my oppinion, this is a bug.
