[c-nsp] Acceptable CPU Utilization

I've ready Cisco documentation regarding CPU utilization and issues that may 
arise as a result of an overburdened CPU, but I haven't been able to find any 
semi-hard percentage numbers of what constitutes an overloaded CPU. Basically 
the documentation says that when things start to break is when the CPU is 
overloaded. I'm running a Cisco 7204VXR with NPE-300 processor, and I'm 
wondering at what CPU usage percentage the router might start to crap out at. 
Usage is currently at about 50%. Any ideas?
