Note that you don't need the last one if you use ' ipv6 address 
2002:C058:6301::/16' under the interface.
I think your configs look fine based on a quick glance.  You might 
want to check that there are no v4 access lists which prevent the 
relay router from sourcing packets from 192.88.99.0/24.
You may also want to check that access-lists are allowing protocol 41.
In any case, if v6 ping between two 2002 addresses isn't working, 
you'll need to debug v4 and v6 filtering configs.
