[c-nsp] VRF-Lite and 6509 MSFC2

One alternative might be to purchase a OSM-4GE-WAN-GBIC (4 port GigE OSM 
card) and cable one of the ports back into a normal GigE port.

You can then trunk vlans from the normal GigE port onto the OSM which 
will support VRF forwarding.

I'm basing all of this on the assumption that the OSM will be supported 
and accessable somehow in hybrid mode, I've no idea if this is the case, 
I've never tried it in anything other than native mode.

The only information I've been able to find about it is this documents:

which seems to suggest that the device is recognised by CatOS.
