I'm not sure what are trying to do, but if you want to install received
BGP updates in both the IPv4 unicast and IPv4 multicast table and the
peer/customer doesn't support MBGP you might want to use the
'translate-update' option. Eg.
 neighbor <ip address> translate-update ipv4 multicast unicast
