[c-nsp] Question about Mutlicasting.

Hi,

The only situation you'd need to do so if you use other than "C" routers
which use MRIB only for RPF check, usually the case in "J" multicast
examples (inet.2 only).
As far as I'm aware of Cisco always does "Search MRIB first then URIB" and
there's no way to change it. So even if the route is known via BGP only RPF
check'd still work.

Hope this helps,
Jeff

Subject: [c-nsp] Question about Mutlicasting.

All,
I have a weird situation... where I need redistribute some routes
that are heard in BGP into MBGP? Is that possible. I know that it is not
possible to redistribute the other way around.

Thanks
Anand
