Also for AS information you need to configure it as part of the version
export command:

To enable the export of the additional fields: source and destination
interface SNMP ifIndex, AS numbers, IP address of the next hop router,
Cisco IOS release 12.1(13)E and later provide a new command and new
keywords (shown in italic):

Router(config)# mls flow ip {interface-destination-source |
interface-full}

Router(config)# mls nde interface(*)    (*) Enabled on Supervisor 720 by
default

Router(config)# ip flow-export version 5 peer-as|origin-as
