L2 and L3 performance is the same.

Actually, it's 102 Mpps for the SupV-10GE. (The 48 Mpps is for
the SupIV). In real life that likely means, 102 Mpps is the best
you're ever going to get. But it *is* very fast when compared to
the traditional routers.
