All,

I have a 2651XM that I've just taken out of service to move to another site. 
Booting the router, it loads IOS from flash successfully, then reports:

  %SYS-4-NV_BLOCK_INITFAIL: Unable to initialize the geometry of nvram

'dir nvram:' reports the same error, and I can't write anything to NVRAM.

The router has been working for about two years without a problem.

Anyone got any ideas, or should I RMA the router?
