PXF and CEF is enable to all interfaces. I am thinking of a software-bug
maybe. But I will keep troubleshooting.

Ingresss from RP and Egress to RP are too large, you are software
switching (well forwarding the packets)
show pxf interfaces would be interesting to see. And running
configuration too.
sh processes cpu | i ^CPU
should really produce close to n%/0% when you're forwarding packets
using toasters.
