It's the sup and IOS compatibility with the SIP you need to be worried
about.  You need sup720-3B(XL) (the "old" sup720 is not enough) and
IOS 12.2(18)SXE or later.

Additionally, the SIP-600 is not compatible with the 7603 chassis or
the sup32 (I'm not sure if the SIP-200 and -400 support the sup32).
