[c-nsp] configuring drop-tail queue limits on GSR 4-port oc12 (engine 2) linecard

hi all -

is it possible to configure a drop-tail queue limit for a 4-port oc12  
(e2) gsr linecard?  the tx-queue-limit command is only for E0  
linecards, and the modular qos queue-limit command doesn't work on E2  
linecards.  any help is greatly appreciated!
