I just asked this question on their user forum and they responded that
NetFlow Analyzer v5.0 (currently in beta but available for download) has
one-minute granularity for up to 15 days.

We use NetflowTracker since 6 months, and it's pretty good!
NetflowTracker uses 1 min intervals
NetflowAnalyzer uses 10min intervals (what I read and tested).
And with 10 minutes intervals, forget it if you have a problem that
only
occured
for 2 minutes or so!

There are freeware tools available but I've never used them. With
regard to commercial tools, I'd suggest looking at ManageEngine
NetFlow
Analyzer and Crannog's NetFlow Tracker. I really like the ManageEngine
product a lot and I think we're going to end up buying it. The Crannog
software is pretty good and is arguably more powerful in some ways,
but
overall I prefer the ManageEngine application.
