[c-nsp] Basic L2 1U DC Powered Switch

This may be completely way off but...

I have a few places where I have equipment co-located and the only power
I have available is -48vdc.  I'm trying to find a simple L2 10/100
managed or unmanaged switch (12 port minimum) that is 1U and has a -48v
DC power supply. (NEBS would be a plus also)

The only one I've found from Cisco is a 2950 with the advanced software
image.  I'm looking for something very basic and low cost.  Any leads
would be appreciated.
