Nothing at all as far as I know.  If you already have a presence at 
$IX_POINT and your transit providers have a presence there as well, then 
there is no local loop charge.  You'd get a port fee of some sort from the 
transit provider and possibly a cross-connect fee from the provider and 
the IX host.
