[c-nsp] STM4 over SIP-400 versus OSM

Deal All,
   
    I have a customer using 7613 who is willing to have OC12 circuit.
   
  Choices are between using SIP-400 with SPA OC12 or using an OSM with OC12
   
  I would like to hear from your experience which way to go is better and why?
