New Software Features in Release 12.2(18)SXD1
Hardware Control Plane Interface for Control Plane Policing (CoPP):
Supervisor Engine 720 does not support the match protocol arp command.

I think I'm blind, I don't see any mention in SXF or SXE that this has been
changed. Where did you get the information that it's supported?
