[c-nsp] Multicast forwarding but not forwarding (sup720)

I have a weird issue on one of mine c65k/sup720. According to sh ip  
mroute/sh mls ip multicast it is forwarding the flow, but when I  
tcpdump on the egress interface, there is no packets.

This switch is the RP. I have gotten it work on another c65k/sup720.

and tcpdump confirms. I'm running 12.2(33)SRA but this issue existed  
on the SXF aswell. I appreciate any suggestions
