[c-nsp] static route to null0 not visible (BGP)

Thanks for this :

 

I fully understand the concept of this - but cant understand how my
existing /24, installed using a static route with admin distance of 254,
appears in the routing table (of both routers) and is advertised to both
peers.  I configured the /23 exactly the same and have included it as
part of my IGP (as per the /24) - but it doesn't behave the same (think
I need the penny to drop here - just not getting it).
