Is any difference between first & second methods?
Except in first case I can define some parameters (deadtime) for each server particularly,

first method:

aaa group server radius rad_eap1
   server 192.168.232.254 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646

aaa group server radius rad_eap2
   server 192.168.232.253 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646

aaa authentication login eap_methods group rad_eap1 group rad_eap2

second method:

aaa group server radius rad_eap
   server 192.168.232.254 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
   server 192.168.232.253 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
