Hmmm, if the dialer interface and the leased line interface are on
the same router, both tagged as "ip nat outside", and will use the same 
IP addresses (read: no "dynamic IP addresses" on the ISP side), NAT 
shouldn't really care - and the failover should leave NAT table entries
intact.
